INSTRUMENTS AND BOWS are available for purchase at our 53rd Street shop. We specialize in great sounding
and great looking instruments at very affordable prices. There are older instruments and brand new ones to please any ear.
Our INSTRUMENTS come from all over the world. We deal with a limited number of suppliers, the quality of whose
instruments we have come to respect and rely on.
OUTFITS complete with violin, case and bow start at $175 for
beginners ($150 for 1/4 size and smaller). Similar beginner outfits are available for viola and cello in all sizes.
Our new BOWS are mostly pernambuco bows made in Brazil. The company we buy from recruits and trains its own bow makers,
often scouting out young talent from poor areas and giving them housing, education and training as well as employment. The
bows are beautifully made and play like much more expensive and rare bows. We actively support IPCI-USA, the International
